In the historic mill town of Fall River, MA, Merida designs and manufactures stunning, made-to-order rugs for the country’s most influential interior designers and their elite clientele. Working closely with their marketing team, we focused their brand story, elevated their visual identity, and developed a multi-channel marketing platform that keeps customers engaged across the product cycle.
On the heels of converting their product distribution to a direct-to-trade model, Merida engaged us to reposition its brand to better connect with their target audience: America’s most influential interior designers.
Vervaine developed a system of visually engaging sales and marketing tools to launch new rug collections, including an interactive catalog that enables designers to pin swatches to their project boards and share with clients. To extend the customer experience beyond the company's LA and Boston showrooms, we helped develop an innovative merchandising system: a personal showroom in a box, with fitted trays for hand-selected rug samples, yarn poms, and finishing swatches—all the elements a designer needs to tailor the perfect rug for their client projects.
As an ongoing strategic partner to Merida, we continue to help the fast-growing company explore new and inventive ways to engage and inspire the interior design community, with user-centric marketing tools and targeted communications.
