Pine Acres has been the leading expert for luxury real estate on Cape Cod since 1948. This called for a brand identity worthy of an industry leader, forward looking but with a nod to its roots.

On the heels of becoming a Christie’s affiliate, Pine Acres was ready to update their brand image. The color palette needed to align to Christie’s brand standards. We decided to turn up the luxe a notch, too.

Their old mark depicted a pine forest. They loved the simple bough we chose to replace it: it’s in the right spirit, and so much easier to read. The artwork is more graphic, the messaging more targeted and personal. The new logo is understated but eye-catching, perfect for their signage as well as the targeted ad campaigns we’ve developed to tell their story.
