Inspired by Scandinavia. Roasted in Concord.

Stepping through the doors of Gräem is like discovering a gourmet boutique on a cobblestone street in Paris, Brussels, or Zurich — not Concord, Massachusetts.

Inspired by the fine European nut roasters and chocolatiers, Gräem combines old-world sophistication with fresh, inventive flavors. When founder/owner Nikki Crugnale expressed her travel-inspired vision to Vervaine, we knew the identity and packaging should have a crisp, modern, Scandanavian look and feel, with a roasty color palette that conjures cocoa and spice. Sourcing a highly curated selection of nuts, dried fruits, and chocolate from around the globe is serious work. Unwrapping a gift box from Gräem — with its stylized squirrel mascot, affectionately named “Emerson” — will make you smile for days.
