Hutker’s new identity was honored with a 2016 PRISM Award for best logo of the year by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
When Hutker Architects turned to us to help rethink the company’s brand, we decided the new visual identity should convey foundational strength and balance, like the bones of a house. For the logomark, we created handmade serifs and crossbars that bring a sense of craftsmanship to a modern font. The “rooms” between each letterform are dynamic and spacious.
The colors speak to the company’s brand personality: a graphite hue, like the pencil strokes of an inspirational drawing, anchors the vibrant orange that captures the innovation and excitement that Hutker brings to every project.
